towns around it. Run by Albert, an individual — not a company. He is the

What we hold, and why
- Your email address, when you subscribed — to send the
weekly email and the occasional note about the newsletter itself. With
your consent, given at signup and withdrawn in one click.
- Your WhatsApp number, messages and interests — to reply
and send what you asked for. With your consent, given by messaging
first. Reply STOP to end it, START to
restart it.
- Event and news information from public pages, sometimes
naming an organiser — for local newsgathering. Under legitimate
interests.
Information we did not get from you
Some details come from public pages, not the person named — an organiser on
a venue listing, a business in a public notice. We hold the fact and a link,
never a description or photograph, and use it only for that listing. Named
and want it removed? Email the address above.
How long we keep it
- Email — until you unsubscribe.
- WhatsApp — until you send STOP.
- Collected listings — 90 days.
- Organisers who do not reply — 14 days, silence being a
no.
- Images — only the venue's own, while the listing is
live.
Who else sees it
No selling, no advertising, no tracking. Buttondown holds
the list, AgentMail the mailboxes, WhatsApp
(Meta) the messages, our host this site.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, correction or deletion, or object — email
